2. Payment & Refund Policy (भुगतान नीति)

• The fees charged on this website are strictly for Internet Usage, Operator Assistance, and Form Filling Charges.
• Once a form is submitted and the fee is paid to the portal, the service charge and portal fee are non-refundable.
• If a transaction fails but money is deducted, refund processing depends on the bank's policy, not ours.
